Privacy & cookies
This site is operated by Keith Haig, an independent sales advisor based in Minnesota. This notice explains how information submitted through the contact form is handled.
Information collected
If you contact me, the form collects your name, email address, optional company and service interest, and your message. The hosting provider may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and request logs needed to deliver and secure the site.
How it is used
I use inquiries to respond to you, discuss potential services, and maintain a record of our conversation. I do not use the form to add you to a marketing list. I do not sell the information you submit.
Storage and sharing
Form submissions are stored with the site’s hosting provider and are accessible for review by the site owner. Hosting, security, and email delivery providers may process information to operate the site and send contact notifications. Information may also be disclosed if required by law. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential third-party data.
Retention and your choices
I retain inquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the business relationship, then delete them when no longer needed. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by using the contact form and identifying the email address used in your original inquiry. I will verify requests before acting on them. Applicable rights may vary by location.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising, analytics, or optional tracking cookies. Essential hosting or security functions may use technical storage necessary to provide the site. If optional tracking is added later, this notice and any required choices will be updated first.
Resource purchases
Paid resources link to Stripe or PayPal for checkout. Their privacy terms govern information you provide there. This site does not collect payment card details. Paid files are fulfilled directly by me after purchase; they are not automatically unlocked on this site.
Changes
I may revise this notice as the site changes. The updated date above will show the latest revision.
